There is voter apathy in Delta state in most parts of Delta North senatorial District especially in Asaba, the state capital as compared to the turnout in the February 25 presidential election.
As at 1pm voting has ended as Electoral officers at polling units are just waiting for the 2.30pm closing time for voting to commence collation of vote cast
