The Borno State government says it is putting measures in place to improve access to quality material healthcare system in the state.Executive Director State Primary Health Care Development Agency Dr. Ayuba Lawi disclosed this in Maiduguri at the commemoration of safe motherhood day.
He commanded effort of Governor Babagana Zulum for investing massively in the primary healthcare sector within and outside the state capital.
