The kidnapped chairman of Takum Local Government in Taraba State, Boyi Manja has been released by his abductors.

Addressing the press in Jalingo, the chairman Concerned Taraba Tiv Youths, Hon. Moses Kugba Condemned the abduction of the chairman as well killing of his ordely.
He however faulted the military tactics stressing that rather than professionalism through intelligence gathering to get to the root of the matter and safely rescue the kidnapped victim, noting that army personnel invaded Peva town, harassed, beat and broke into peoples’ homes while searching for the kidnapped chairman.
