The Adamawa state Command of the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency, has pledged to redouble it’s efforts to achieve a drug-free state in line with Governor Ahmadu Fintiri’s directive.
Speaking at end of the activities marking the 2023 International Day against drug abuse and illicit drug trafficking, the state commander, Femi Agboala commended Governor Fintiri’s administration for it’s zero tolerance to drug abuse in the state.
He said that the Fintiri administration has proved to be reliable partners in the ongoing war against drug abuse particularly among the youths.
The Governor who was represented by his deputy Kaletapwa George Farauta-Deputy said that the drug war will be extended to the 21 local governments of the state, While the Hamman’ Bachama who spoke on behalf of monarchs urged Nigerians to rally round NDLEA in achieve it’s goal .
