The most significant hardware acquired by the National Population Census for the 2023 Census is the Personal Digital Assistant, PDA.
The Commission says the 810,000 copies of the device is part of the ₦200 Billion spent over 9 years in preparation for the census.
It’s been a tough nut to crack for the Commission in justifying how it spent ₦200 Billion.
But the National Population Commission says the sum iof N200 Billion money was spent over 9 years preparing for the Population and Housing Census, which was meant to have been conducted in May.
The most significant hardware acquired for the 2023 Census according to the Commission is the Personal Digital Assistant, PDA.
The expended money is a fraction of the ₦800 Billion required by the Commission to conduct the first digital census in the country.
