President of the institute, Enyi Ben-Eboh at the Archibuilt conference in Abuja says the primary objective is to connect industry stakeholders such as architects builders and engineers, with sources of quality products.
Construction projects are data and information-laden, and there is the need to adopt and implement innovative ICT facilities in managing the volume of data and information generated; which hitherto were poorly handled.
This is vital in exploiting the opportunities presented by the strengths that evolve from ICT adoption in corporate businesses.

At this gathering of Nigerian architects, an Innovation hub is introduced to enable stakeholders get a feel of new developments in the industry especially in the ICT revolution.
They recommend a collaboration between government and relevant regulatory bodies in Nigeria construction industry to workout appropriate roadmap that would position the industry in the right track towards transforming digitally.
