The Demolition of a multi million naira duplex in Cotonou Crescent , Wuse Zone six , Abuja has left the alleged owners of the property to question the motive of Department of Development Control .
They are calling on the Federal Government to come to their aid and address the issue.

On 28th August 2023 the DDC, the Department Development Control demolished a fully completed multi million naira duplex located at Cotonou Crescent , Wuse zone 6 .

On site , we met the son of the alleged owner of the property , Abdulaziz Ademu Teku and the engineer Jacob Adamu, who told us that Ademu Teku has all the necessary documents for the property and has even gone to court to prove it .
In order to find out the what was the reason behind the demolition, TVC News spoke to the Director General Department of Development Control , Mukhtar Galadima .
The agency urges all FCT residents to comply with the Abuja Master Plan and seek necessary approval before building or developing lands and properties.
