Officers of the Osun State Police command on Wednesday fired teargas at judiciary staff union members protesting against the resumption of duty by the suspended chief judge, Adepele Ojo.
Journalists were also affected during the incident.
Adepele Ojo had resumed office around 10am amidst heavy security presence.
The JUSUN Staff said they had earlier been invited for a meeting at the State high court by the judges over their protest which led to the closure of the court Premises on Monday.
As at the time of filling this report, the JUSUN staff have regrouped at the premises of the customary court of appeal for safety.
They have vowed to stage another protest to the state House of Assembly to register their grievances.
