Again, four children from two parents in Umuahia, Abia State capital, have been reported missing.
This is coming three weeks after a tricycle rider ran away with four children he was contracted to take to school.
TVC News Correspondent, Nnenna Gabriel, reports that barely one month after the family of Chimaobi Agha residing at Umuagu Ibeku in Umuahia North local government, reported that their four children were missing, another case of missing children has hit the airwaves.
The family of Agha is yet to recover their children despite the frantic search by the family and the Police.
At Ossah road by Uwalaka street in Umuahia, down this valley, 3 girls and a boy, from two parents, were entrusted to the care of a new female tenant, between ages 6 and 3.
Unfortunately, the neighbour who has spent just three days after she packed into this room with just this carpet and pots, made away with the children; inflicting pains on the affected families
The Special Adviser to Governor Alex Otti on Media and Publicity, Ferdinand Ekeoma, says the state government is handling the situation already.
The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Maureen Chinaka, says the attention of the Police has been drawn while investigation is ongoing to know the whereabouts of the children.

The complainant, Mrs. Ibe, brought this report to the attention of the police one day after the incident occurred.
At present, the police have arrested some suspects associated with the unknown tenant and investigation is in progress to determine the whereabouts of the children.
The public is strongly advised to report matters of this nature immediately to the police control room as soon as they discover such occurrences before physically reporting the incident at the police station.
