Benue State Governor has provided one hundred new buses, to the state transport company to ease transportation for indigenes from Benue to any part of the country as well as within the state.
This is also ahead of the Yuletide season where residents benefits from the reduction in transport fares despite the hike in fuel price.

The month of December is usually a period of increased intra and interstate transit, and a season for increased socioeconomic activities.

The State Government in partnership with state owned Transport agency have resolved to reduce the prices of transportation
Residents and travelers also confirms that this reduction in transport fares has taken effect, they say it will ease their financial burden.
For some residents, the priority is to cut costs this yuletide season, and save ahead of the new year.
