All is set for the 2023 Chief of army Staff annual conference in Maiduguri the Borno state capital.
With this year’s theme “Personnel motivation for effective operational performance in joint environment” is geared towards finding ways on how best to improve the working conditions of officers and men of the Nigerian army.
President Bola Tinubu is expected to grace the occasion.

The President is also expected to commission some projects by the Borno State Government led by Professor Babagana Umaru Zulum.
