Following Supreme Court’s judgment that affirmed Babajide Sanwo-Olu as the duly elected governor of Lagos State, the Governor has called on Lagos residents to support his administration on the journey to a greater Lagos.
The Governor said this after meeting with President Bola Tinubu along with the Progressive Governors Forum, at the State House, in Abuja.
Governor Sanwo-Olu described the victory as a call to action for all to work to meet the needs of citizens and ensure the state achieves meaningful development.
He said his administration was putting in place a governance structure that would improve the economy and relevance of Lagos State in Nigeria.
The Governor thanked God and the citizens of Lagos State for their support, irrespective of party affiliations, adding that no one will be left out in the development of the economic commercial nerve center of the country.
