Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum has
expressed deep sorrow and grief on the passing of his spokesperson, Malam Isa Gusau, after a protracted illness on Thursday 11th, January 2024 at a hospital in India.
Governor Zulum noted that the State government mourns the loss of a dedicated public servant and a cherished member of his team.
Isa Gusau until his death served as the Special Adviser on Public Relations and Strategy to Governor Zulum since June 2019, and also served in the same capacity under Senator Kashim Shettima when he was the Governor of Borno.
