The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja hearing the Treasonable Felony Case against the Leader of the proscribed Indigenous People Of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu has adjourned further hearing into the case till the 20th of May.
Justice Binta Nyako adjourned the case after a back and forth between the prosecution and defense teams on the readiness or otherwise of the defense.
She had earlier threatened to adjourn the case indefinitely on the basis of the unpreparedness of the defense team of Nnamdi Kanu.
