Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara had sworn in Mr. Emmanuel Frank-Fubara as Commissioner for Finance.Event took place at the Executive Chambers of Government House in Port Harcourt shortly after the Oko Jumbo led House of Assembly screened and confirmed the new Commissioner.
