The Executive Management Team of the Federal Housing Authority has returned to Kaduna, two months after their first visit.
The governor presented the Right of Ownership for 157 hectares of land to FHA for the construction of affordable housing for low to middle-income earners.
Governor Sani expressed his enthusiasm for the project, noting its alignment with the President’s initiative to provide affordable housing for Nigerians.
He also committed to ensuring a smooth process.
The housing team thanked the governor for his support, which will facilitate the construction of over 500 housing units across various categories.
The Managing Director, Oyetunji Ojo assured that the project will also generate employment for residents of the state.
This collaboration between the Kaduna State Government and the housing Authorities is expected to improve the quality of life for many Nigerians, boosting the state’s economic development.
