Officials of the Lagos State Environmental and Special Offences Unit Tuesday night continued its resolve to rid Lagos of street traders.
Streets visited were Moslem road, glover Road and Lateef Jakande avenue all in the Ikoyi area of Lagos.
The officers who arrived the area with its patrol teams met a full Street especially at Moslem Road.
On sighting the teams they scampered to safety but some weren’t so lucky as they were taken by the officers.
The chairman of Lagos Taskforce said it would be unfair to those living in these streets if his men do not attend to their complaints.
Also raided was an abandoned building at Lateef Jakande avenue.
Though the abandoned building was said to belong to the Nigerian Army the chairman said miscreants has taken over the building.
