Security forces have arrested two female suicide bombers in connection with the bomb blast that killed 18 people in Borno State.
Recall that on June 29, 2024, about 30 female suicide bombers entered Gwoza, Borno State from various locations, including the Pulka axis and Mandara mountains.
Four of them detonated improvised explosive devices (IEDs), resulting in the deaths of 18 people.
The investigation is ongoing to apprehend the remaining bombers.
