Anambra , Adamawa and Ebonyi States have all withdrawn from the suit challenging the establishment Act of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Offences Commission.
A seven-member panel of Justices of the Supreme Court led by Justice Uwani Abba-Aji, struck out the names of the states after they applied to withdraw from the suit through their respective state attorneys general.
They told the court that they were no longer willing to be a part of the suit that was originally instituted by Kogi state.
