A 2 Storey building has collapsed in the Orile Iganmu area of Lagos, A video posted on Social media captured the moment the building collapsed with some occupants and onlookers scampering for safety.
Before the collapse, occupants had evacuated the building, emergency responders say all occupants escaped unhurt.
The Agency’s LRT alongside, LASG FIRE, LASBCA and Nigeria Police Force are responders at the scene with a recommendation of evacuation of the site to avert secondary incidents.
Further Assessment has been conducted at the scene on the adjoining Two(2) storey building which reveals that the building is distressed and inhabitable for occupants.
All occupants in the building have been evacuated from the building.
