Operatives of the Amotekun Corps in Ondo State have arrested twelve suspected criminals for alleged kidnapping and other criminal activities in the State.
Parading the suspects before journalists in Akure, the state commander of Amotekun, Adetunji Adeleye announced the commencement of a twenty-four-hour patrol to monitor influx of visitors to the state during the Yuletide season.
These are the twelve suspected criminals arrested at various locations by men of Amotekun Corps in Ondo State.
The state commander of Amotekun, Adetunji Adeleye, who paraded the suspects before journalists in Akure, stated that two suspects were arrested for kidnapping.
According to him, one of the suspects was apprehended close to the scene of the incident.
The command also arrested a suspected ritualist in Akure, while four suspects were arrested for burglary.
The commander announced the commencement of a twenty-four-hour patrol ahead of the festive season.
