The Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, has organised a walk to galvanise support for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and his deputy, Olayide Adelami, ahead of the November 16 governorship election.
This comes as a group of youths organised a similar walk for Governor Aiyedatiwa in Arigidi Akoko led by the commissioner for special duties, Gani Muhammed.
With less than twelve days to the Ondo governorship election, more and more politicians are working assiduously for the success of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa at the polls.
The Minister of Youth, Ayodele Olawande, led this rally to drum up support for the governor and his deputy, Olayide Adelami.
They walked through major streets, stressing the need for the people of the state to vote for the ruling party.
Elsewhere, a group of youths under the auspices of the All Progressives Congress moved around the streets of Arigidi in the Akoko North-East local government area of the state.
They walked around, mobilising the people to cast their ballots for the governor.
It is expected that more people will, in the coming days, openly declare their support for the governor.
