Timileyin Ajayi, the Gospel singer who is facing murder charges in a Nasarawa State High Court in Lafia has pleaded not guilty to the one count charge of murder preferred against him.
He was brought to the Court premises for the commencement of his trial for the murder and diememberment of his girlfriend Salome Adaidu.
Timileyin Ajayi was found with the head and some parts of his girlfriend, Salome Adaidu, in Agwan Sarki Orozo a suburb of the Nasarawa State capital on January 12.
He was arrested and a further search of his house revealed a gruesome discovery, the dismembered and deboned remaining body parts of Salome Adaidu, a serving Corp member in Nasarawa State.
The apartment also reportedly had knives of varying sizes.
