The House of Representatives is to probe the recent killings and unrest in Osun State.
The resolution is sequel to a motion of urgent national importance from Bamidele Salam and eight other members from Osun state.

The lawmakers call on the Attorney General of the Federation to interpret the judgment of the Court of Appeal in the interest of peace.
They fear that if the current trend of alleged resort to self-help by political actors is not nipped in the bud, it might encourage citizens to do the same in the face of perceived rights and privileges
The House resolved to set up a committee to probe the incident.
