The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Mahmood Yakubu, says their must be solutions to the problem of the local government elections in Nigeria.
The electoral body chairman says their must a robust discussion on how to ensure that the process of conducting elections in Nigeria , especially local governments elections , with basic guideline which will be set up by Inec and followed up by SIEC.
