The National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu has described Kaduna State as one of the “abused states” in Nigeria due to banditry.
But things according to him are gradually changing.
The NSA made the remark after handing over 59 victims of kidnapping to the Kaduna State government. The victims rescued by a joint operation.
Until their rescue, the victims had been in captivity for 4 months.
