Five-time champions, the Golden Eaglets, are set to open their campaign against the Hungary on Saturday in the 2019 FIFA Under-17 World Cup in Brazil
The Eaglets are in group B of the tournament at the Olympic Stadium in the Brazilian city of Goiania alongside Hungary, Ecuador and Australia.
Nigeria and Hungary are not new to each other. The Eaglets defeated Hungary 3-1 at the quarter final stage of the maiden edition of the tournament in 1985
Nigeria became the first country to win the tournament in 1985. The Eaglets won the title again in 1993, 2007, 2013 and 2015
There are four matches on the opening day of the competition. Hosts Brazil take on Canada, and New Zealand play another African representative Angola while Ecuador clash with Australia.
