The Vice Presidential Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party in the 2019 Presidential Election, Peter Obi, has reacted to the judgment of the Supreme Court upholding the election of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Obi, who was present at the Supreme Court, said the election and the judgment, was not about President Buhari, but the future of the country.
“This election and the judgment, is not about President Muhammadu Buhari, but the future of the country. The apex court has given its ruling, which is the final. We will wait for them to give their reasons for the judgment.”
Obi, however, thanked Nigerians who have followed the process from the beginning up to the Supreme Court.
