Nigeria’s Super Sand Eagles have apologised to Nigerians for their early exit from the FIFA beach soccer World cup holding in Paraguay.
The sand Eagles lost their second successive game at the tournament to crash out. They were beaten 6-5 by Oman.
They started their campaign in Group D on an awful note falling to their biggest defeat in Beach Soccer World Cup history in a 10-1 routing at the hands of Portugal.
They next play group favourites Brazil on Tuesday, with no hope of progressing into the quarterfinals.
