The Air Task Force of Operation Lafiya Dole said it has killed a number of insurgents and destroyed their hideouts.
The strike was at Ngoske on the fringes of the Sambisa Forest in Borno state.
In a statement by the Spokesman for the Nigerian Air Force, the operation was conducted based on credible intelligence, indicating that the settlement was one of the locations used by the insurgents to launch attacks against security forces.
The video released shows over 30 terrorists spotted near a large building surrounded by other smaller structures.
The location was subsequently engaged by the attack aircraft, destroying some of the structures and killing the insurgents.
Others who attempted to flee the location were also killed in mopped-up operations.
