Athletes from across Nigeria will begin to converge on Lagos from Wednesday ahead of the second edition of the National Duathlon Championship.
Over 100 athletes from more than 30 states of the country would be taking part in the championship at the Lagos National Stadium
From Wednesday, Dec. 4 to Friday, Dec 6, preceding the competition the athletes and official delegates would go through an International Triathlon Union, ITU, Community Technical Development Programme at the Nigeria Olympic Committee building.
Athletes will be involved in a 27.5 kilometre race on foot and on bicycle from the main bowl of the Stadium to the surrounding environment of the sport complex

The competition holds on Saturday.
