The event scheduled to last for two days is currently ongoing at the 551 NAF Base Jos with participants selected from Kaduna, Enugu and Jos.
The Seminar is part of further efforts to expand the target audience, in the wake of increasing observations of human rights abuses, within the Theatre of operations and its negative consequences on the armed forces.
