Anthony Joshua on Saturday defeated Andy Ruiz Jr at the Diriya Arena, Saudi Arabia to reclaim his IBF, WBA and WBO titles. Recall that Joshua lost the titles to Ruiz in an unbelievable June defeat in new York. Joshua won the rematch on points after dragging it to the maximum 12th round. The victory has put Joshua in the class class of greats such as Muhammad Ali, Lennox Lewis and evander holifield on the list of heavyweights to reclaim world titles. Meanwhile, Joshua had said earlier before the rematch that he won’t celebrate his victory, saying he would only focus on how to build on his success.
