Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami has said he was not summoned by the Federal Hight Court, Abuja over the continuous detention of Omoyole Sowore.
This disclosure was issued in a statement by the Special Assistant on Media and Public Relations to the minister,Umar Gwandu.
The statement recalled that the issues surrounding the subject matter is on the application filed by Mr Sowore’s lawyer on 15th November 2019.

The case file was to be remitted to the Chief Judge for assignment to the vacation Judge for hearing as the next adjourned date of hearing falls within the vacation period
There was no evidence to show that the DG DSS and the Minster of Justice have been summoned by the Court.
