The Police Command in Enugu State has commenced investigation into the alleged assault of Mr Justice Obasi by four policemen which was captured in a video clip.
Public Relations Officer, Ebere Amaraizu, said the suspected misconduct took place around Kenyatta Uwani axis on Saturday.
According to Mr Obasi, the officers took his phone and in the process of demanding for its return, he was beaten.
