A judge of the federal high court in Katsina state, Ibrahim Maikaita Bako is dead.
The chief Judge of Katsina state, Musa Danladi who confirmed the incident, said Justice Bako died on Sunday morning at a hospital in Abuja.
He died following an accident last Friday in which he suffered serious spinal and neck injuries.

The late judge was involved in a car crash along Funtua – Kankara road in Katsina state on the 4th of January.
He was the presiding judge in the case filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission against the former governor of Katsina state, Ibrahim Shehu Shema for alleged diversion of N11 billion of local government funds.
