A Senior Advocate of Nigeria and Counsel to the former Attorney General of the Federation, Mike Ozekhome, said his client is still in the custody of the EFCC after perfecting his bail conditions.
Mr Ozekhome noted that Adoke was rearrested by the anti graft agency
He said the EFCC refused to release Mr Adoke but handed him over to the registrar of the FCT high court in Gwagwalada, only to be rearrested in court.
Mr Adoke is currently receiving medical treatment for his failing health under the supervision of the Commission.
”He did not enjoy a day of freedom after meeting all the conditions, he is still in their custody,” Ozekhome said.
