The Independent National Electoral Commission said it would effect the Supreme Court ruling on the Bayelsa governorship election once it is served with the certified true copy of the judgment.
INEC National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee, Mr Festus Okoye, said this on Thursday in Abuja.
Mr Okoye said INEC is bound to obey court orders and judgments including that of the Supreme Court, but the commission will not act base on reports from radio or newspapers.
