The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works in Nasarawa State, Jibrin Giza has been abducted by unknown gunmen.
Police commissioner, Bola Longe who confirmed the incident said the attackers stormed the apartment of the permanent Secretary early on Sunday, and took him to an unknown location.
The police say they are on the trail of the kidnappers who are yet to contact the victim’s family or make any demands.

Mr Longe also vowed that the command would not rest on its oars until the victim regains his freedom.
