A Catholic priest, Reverend Father Abraham Kunat has been reportedly kidnapped by gunmen in the Kachia local government area of Kaduna State.
He was said to have been abducted at St Mulumba, Kurmin Sara in Kachia local council at about 12:30 Am on Tuesday.
The Chancellor of the Archdiocese of Kaduna, Reverend Father Christian Emmanuel revealed this to newsmen although the police are yet to acknowledge the incident.
According to him, the kidnapped Priest who presides over St. Bernard Catholic Church, Idon Gida has been residing at the Saint Mulumba parish all along due to the insecurity situation in the area.
