President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday administered the oath of office on Mrs Folashade Yemi-Esan as the substantive Head of service.
Mrs Yemi-Esan took the oath of office shortly before the start of the weekly federal executive council meeting at the Chambers of the presidential Villa.
Buhari had on Friday confirmed Yemi-Esan as Head of the Civil Service of the Federation and also approved the retirement of Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita.

The new head of service promised to uphold the principles of President Buhari’s administration and also build an efficient and service oriented work force.
