The election tribunal sitting in Owerri, capital of Imo state has commenced hearing into the petition brought to it by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP challenging the declaration of All Progressives Congress, APC as winner of Imo North senatorial poll by the Independent National electoral Commission, INEC.
Witnesses from both parties have been testifying before the tribunal which has also ordered INEC to submit certified copies of the election result for clarification.
