Nigerian Born British Heavyweight Boxer, Anthony Joshua has announced he is self isolating following a meeting with Britain’s Prince Charles who tested positive for Coronavirus.
Joshua recently spent some time with the Prince of Wales but it remains unclear if he was already infected at the time when they met.
Reports from Joshua’s camp indicate the heavyweight Boxer remains fit and healthy and has not shown any symptom of the virus.
The IBF, WBA and WBO World Heavyweight Champion is due to defend his titles against , Kubrat Pulev at the Totthenaham Hotspur Stadium on the 20th of June.
In a series of tweets posted on Tuesday, Joshua thanked all those involved in trying to combat the pandemic which has killed over 18,000 people and suspended activities across the world.
