He also declared that there are no factions in the National Working Committee.
Mr Etta stated this while receiving reports on the Edo State APC governorship primaries from Senator Ajibola Bashiru.
There were speculations on Tuesday that the Inspector General of Police Mohammed Adamu had ordered a seal-off of the National Secretariat of the APC.
But Mr Etta insisted the Force Public Relations officer, Frank Mba had cleared the air on the issue.
He also introduced Worgu Boms as National Deputy Secretary of the party.
