Rejecting the Water Resources Bill, the group also reaffirms its stance on resource ownership and self-determination.
The hike in fuel price and increase in electricity tariff are still subjects of national discourse with Labour and the Federal Government still on the negotiation table.
It is one of the reasons the “Movement For The Survival Of Ijaw Ethnic Nationalists in the Niger Delta “ is meeting with Former President Goodluck Jonathan in Yenagoa.
Another subject of concern for the “ MOSIEND” is the Water Resources Bill and the agitation for Resource Ownership.
The former President enjoins the group to always pursue the path of peace and explore legitimate means of resolving crisis in the country.
