Acting Chairman OF EFCC, Ibrahim Magu revealed this at a budget defence meeting with the House Committee on Financial Crimes.
Though he failed to disclose the identity of the affected public servant, Magu confirmed the recovery of nine point seven five million dollars and seven hundred and fifty pounds from a Nigerian resident in Kaduna.
The Commission said it secured one hundred and thirty five convictions in 2016 and sought the Committee’s nod for improved personnel cost to enable the workers do more.
