Enugu Rangers’ Christian Madu has rallied his teammates and the supporters ahead of their CAF Champions League preliminary game second leg against JS Saoura.
“Rangers were very forceful and resilient in the first leg fixture away from home. Having scored an important away goal, the next on our agenda is getting a good result to aid our qualification to the first round,” Madu told Goal.
“For us it’s an achievable objective. The team is well grounded to do well in Enugu. We want our supporters to come out in their thousands and sing the song of victory.”
The Flying Antelopes forced the Algerian side to a 1-1 draw in the first leg tie played in Bechar last Friday.
The Nigerian champions will be hoping to seal their place in the next round with a victory at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium on Sunday.
