Ekiti State Governor has announced that the Federal Government has released the Budget Support Fund for January 2017 of his state which he complained about last week.
Ayo Fayose in his monthly radio and television, Meet Your Governor programme said that the Federal Ministry of Finance had rescinded its decision to withhold the money.
According to the Governor, an official communication on the release was passed to him on Thursday and he will not say more than that.
Recall that Governor Fayose raised an alarm last week over unpaid January allocation and the budget support fund for his state.

He also visited the headquarters of the Federal Ministry of Finance in Abuja last Wednesday on the matter.
