The death of Chad’s long-time President continues to create tension within the country and among its allies in the war against terror.
As Rebel forces threatened to continue to advance to the capital, N’djamena, the Nigerian military fighting Boko Haram and its ISWAP affiliate, has raised its alert levels to CRITICAL while deployment strategies are being reviewed.
