The Committee rejected the BPE delegation to the budget defence session and accused the Acting DG, Vincent Akpotaire, of deliberately ignoring it.
Members insist Akpotaire must appear before them to provide answers to grey areas in the 2016 budget and the 2017 budget proposal.
